Air freight to Nigeria: leaves on Fridays and takes 5-7 working days , must be dropped off by midday on Thursday. Extra two days for items going outside of Lagos.

Sea freight to Nigeria – 6-8 weeks. We ship every week. Drop off every working day.

Air freight to Uk– leaves Mondays and takes 5-10 working days.

Sea freight to Uk- we ship twice a month, takes 6-8 weeks

customers are responsible for ensuring their items are well packed, fragile items need to be declared , they must be bubble wrapped, if any questions, please refer to our website for more information.

Our staff are trained in ensuring your consignment is safe, on occasions, custom officers might open random packages for checks. We will inform you if this happens but please be rest assured, nothing goes missing with us.

Payments can be made by bank transfers, card payments (incurs 1.8% surcharge) you can also pay by PayPal or by your iPhone when items are collected.

You can drop off to any of our offices in UK (London and Kent) Nigeria ( Lagos, Badagry, Ibadan and Abuja ) more drop off locations coming. Please notify only the contact details on our website, any numbers not on our website is not recognised)

We will weigh your packages and issue invoice, for sea freight, we send photos of your consignment. We wrap them up if needed. Please wait for the duration of the freight to pass before chasing, we will send notification ahead of time if there will be any delays. Please refer to details in our terms and conditions (in your invoice) for freight duration. You can also track using our website.

You will be notified by text message and email if you leave your email address with us. When you track , it will show that your package is ready for collection.

We offer free home deliveries to customers in Medway Kent area, our customers outside of this area are to collect from us in Kent or London. We can post to you but please be aware that we are not responsible for your package as soon as it leaves our store. We can also deliver to you at a reasonable charge.
