At Comfort Cargo Services, our story has always been about people, not just parcels. From day one, our goal has been simple: to make shipping between the UK and Nigeria feel easy, honest, and stress‑free for families, students, and businesses who trust us with the things that matter most to them. Every barrel, box, and container we touch carries someone’s plans, sacrifices, and dreams, and we never take that responsibility lightly.

As CEO, my commitment is to keep raising our standards in three areas: reliability, transparency, and care. That means clear communication at every stage, fair and competitive pricing, and a team that treats your shipment as if it were their own. We will continue to invest in better processes, technology, and people so that whenever you think of shipping to or from Nigeria, Comfort Cargo remains the name you can depend on—today and for many years to come.

Our Story

Comfort Cargo and Easy Logistics was born from a simple act of kindness and a very real gap in the community. In 2019, our founder needed to send a bag of items to Nigeria for charity work and discovered there was no local cargo company serving the Chatham and Medway area. Every shipment had to rely on providers travelling in from London, adding delays and extra stress for people who just wanted to bless family, support ministries, or move their goods home.

Instead of accepting that gap, she reached out to an existing cargo provider and asked to partner with them. That partnership became the training ground where she learned the realities of air and sea freight, customer expectations, and the importance of communication and trust in logistics. Her very first customer, identified only by the initials F.O., shipped over 200 kg by air freight—and to this day probably does not know he was the first person to trust this new Medway‑based service.

Over time, that partnership grew into a fully independent operation, and Comfort Cargo became the first cargo company in Medway. The name “Comfort” already carried meaning: it came from a previous business, Comfort Suites (an Airbnb venture), and even more deeply from the nickname of the founder’s mother. That family name, associated with care and hospitality, was adopted into the business, and customers soon began calling her “Madam Comfort”—a reminder that personal relationships sit at the heart of everything the company does.

In February 2026, the company was restructured and rebranded as Comfort Cargo and Easy Logistics, reflecting a broader vision: to provide not just cargo services, but smooth, end‑to‑end logistics that feel as “easy” as possible for customers in the UK, Nigeria, and beyond. By God’s grace, the company has since served many well‑known individuals and families, including high‑profile clients in Lagos- including the number ONE (1) family in Nigeria, and respected ministers such as Prophet Ojo in Ibadan, alongside everyday families, students, and small businesses.

Today, Our Story is still being written—with every box, barrel, and container we move. From that first charity shipment in 2019 to thousands of successful deliveries, Comfort Cargo and Easy Logistics remains built on the same foundations: faith, service, integrity, and a genuine desire to make shipping between the UK and Nigeria simpler, safer, and more personal for every customer we are privileged to serve.
